It is a true saying, that what you fear you find. This quote is very true. Things that we fear in life, we find out to be true. However, what we find out to be true should not make us hate the thing itself.

Rather, it should make us see the good side of the thing and how it can be used for good. Take for instance, death. We often hear people say things like “No one should die.” What they are actually saying is, “I don’t want to die.” They are not speaking about death at all but rather about life.

It is the same with other things that scare us. If we could look at them in a different light, if we could see the good that could come from them then perhaps we could be more open-minded about them instead of being so scared of them that we cannot think straight.
